If the property, before sale, or the money in the treasury, is demanded in six (6) years by the legal representatives of the deceased, the trustee shall deliver or pay it to them, after deducting the fees of the coroner, expenses of sale, and three percent (3%) commissions for the trustee, and the money may be paid to the representative at any time after the expiration of six (6) years, upon the order of the court of general sessions.Code 1858, § 5317; Shan., § 7295; Code 1932, §11896; impl. am.
