The curriculum requirements of the Tennessee peace officer standards and training commission established by this part shall include materials concerning the use of citations in lieu of arrest and domestic violence training and proper procedures to respond to persons with mental illnesses.Acts 1985, ch. 320, § 9; 2001, ch. 3, § 1; 2007, ch. 259, § 2.
