Section 39-13-403 - Especially aggravated robbery

(a) Especially aggravated robbery is robbery as defined in § 39-13-401: (1) Accomplished with a deadly weapon; and(2) Where the victim suffers serious bodily injury.(b) Especially aggravated robbery is a Class A felony.Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 1.
