Section 39-13-806 - Weapons of mass destruction

(a) It is an offense for any person, without lawful authority, to possess, develop, manufacture, produce, transfer, acquire, weaponize, or retain any weaponized agent, biological warfare agent, weaponized biological or biologic warfare agent, chemical warfare agent, nuclear or radiological agent, or any other weapon of mass destruction.(b) A violation of subsection (a) is a Class B felony.Acts 2002, ch. 849, § 1.
