Section 39-13-809 - Religious justification for violence or criminal activity prohibited

Religious justification for violence or criminal activity prohibited by this part shall not be considered a justification or a defense pursuant to chapter 11, part 6 of this title, nor shall it prohibit prosecution pursuant to this part. Acts 2011, ch. 497, § 5.
