All vehicles or property used by the sole owner in the commission of an offense under § 39-14-301, § 39-14-302, § 39-14-303 or § 39-14-304, and anything of value received as compensation for the commission of the offense are subject to forfeiture.Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 1.
