Section 39-14-705 - Criminal intent of possession of fob programing equipment prohibited - Penalty

(a) It is an offense to possess a device, tool, machine, implement, or other item capable of programming a smart key or key fob with the intent to use it or allow it to be used to commit theft.(b) A violation of this section is a Class A misdemeanor.Added by 2023 Tenn.
