Venue in a criminal prosecution under this part shall be either in the county where one (1) or more elements of the underlying specified unlawful activity occurred, or in the county where one (1) or more elements of a violation of § 39-14-903 occurred or was attempted.Acts 1996, ch. 1012, § 4.
