Section 39-17-110 - Attachment of signs to barriers constructed or owned by a governmental entity

(a) It is an offense to tie, attach or otherwise place any sign, sheet, board, poster, banner, advertisement, or other similar item on any fence or barrier that borders an interstate highway if the fence or barrier was constructed or is owned by a governmental entity.(b) A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor.Acts 1995, ch. 423, § 1.
