(a) It is unlawful for any common carrier or other person or organization to transport into this state or to transport from one (1) location to another within this state any intoxicating beverages for the purpose of resale unless licensed to do so.(b) A violation of this section is a Class A misdemeanor.Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 1.
