(a) The remedies and procedures set out in §§ 39-17-901 - 39-17-908 are supplementary to each other and no remedy shall be construed as excluding or prohibiting the use of any other remedy.(b) Except as expressly provided in this part, §§ 39-17-901 - 39-17-908 shall not be construed as repealing any provisions of any other statute, but shall be supplementary thereto and cumulative thereto.Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 1.
