Section 4-1-403 - Appointments to state boards or commissions - Age discrimination prohibited

Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a person meeting all other requirements shall not be ineligible for appointment or reappointment to any state board or commission because of age.Acts 1973, ch. 120, § 3; 1977, ch. 8, § 1; T.C.A. § 4-115.
