The commission shall issue reports of its findings and recommendations, as appropriate, and shall issue a biennial report on its work. Copies of the biennial report shall be distributed to members of the commission, the library and archives and the legislative library. Upon request, copies shall be provided to other public officials, public agencies, and to the public.
