Section 4-12-107 - Future reorganization permitted

Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit a future reorganization that may be enacted to bring together all or any of the cultural activities of the state, including the historical commission, within a single department or division.Acts 1971, ch. 388, § 7; T.C.A., § 4-1207.
