Section 4-13-305 - Appropriation

There is hereby appropriated the sum of one thousand eight hundred dollars ($1,800) per annum for the maintenance or upkeep, or both, of the Sam Davis home, to be paid out of any funds in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, upon the warrant of the comptroller of the treasury, approved by the president of the board of trustees of the Sam Davis Memorial Association.Acts 1931, ch. 92, § 3.
