Section 4-18-108 - Inapplicable to medical claims

This chapter shall not apply to any conduct, activity or claims covered by the Medicaid False Claims Act, §§ 71-5-181 - 71-5-185, including without limitation, claims arising out of funds paid to or by TennCare managed care organizations.Acts 2001, ch. 367, § 8.
