Section 4-21-403 - Employment agency practices

It is a discriminatory practice for an employment agency to classify or refer for employment, or to fail or refuse to refer for employment, or otherwise to discriminate against any person because of race, creed, color, religion, sex, age or national origin.Acts 1978, ch. 748, § 9; T.C.A., § 4-2107; Acts 1980, ch. 732, § 6; T.C.A., § 4-21-107.
