Section 4-21-605 - Agency no defense in proceeding

It shall be no defense to a violation of this chapter by a real estate operator, real estate broker, real estate salesperson, financial institution, or other person subject to this chapter that the violation was requested, sought or otherwise procured by a person not subject to this chapter.Acts 1984, ch. 1007, § 8; T.C.A., § 4-21-131.
