It is the duty of the board to:(1) Adopt rules governing its proceedings;(2) Elect a chair and secretary;(3) Keep permanent and accurate records of its proceedings;(4) Establish criteria for making awards;(5) Adopt rules and regulations to carry out this chapter;(6) Approve each award made; and(7) Meet at least quarterly to evaluate suggestions made by employees.Amended by 2018 Tenn.
