Section 4-29-107 - Vote to terminate entity - Recommended legislation

If the evaluation committee by a majority vote determines that a governmental entity should be terminated, the evaluation committee shall cause to be introduced legislation necessary to transfer or abolish such entity's functions, duties and powers and repeal or amend any section of the code or the public acts that would be repealed or amended by implication if the governmental entity is terminated.Acts 1977, ch. 452, § 12; T.C.A., § 4-2913.
