Section 4-29-108 - Vote to continue entity - Recommended amendments

If the evaluation committee by a majority vote determines that a governmental entity should be continued, restructured or reestablished, if the duties, powers, authority or functions of the governmental entity are changed, or if the governmental entity is transferred to another department of state government for administrative purposes, the evaluation committee shall cause to be introduced legislation to amend the appropriate sections of the code or the public acts.Acts 1977, ch. 452, § 12; T.C.A., § 4-2914.
