Section 4-29-111 - Information, assistance, audits provided to evaluation committee

(a) All governmental entities shall provide the evaluation committee with any information or assistance it requires.(b) The comptroller of the treasury shall perform limited program review audits to aid the review of the evaluation committee and shall, from time to time, counsel and consult with the committee on its informational requirements on the governmental entities being reviewed.Acts 1977, ch. 452, § 13; T.C.A., § 4-2917.
