If any governmental entity is scheduled to be terminated before the review by the evaluation committee under this chapter is completed and before any legislative action is taken pursuant to §§ 4-29-107 - 4-29-110, such entity shall continue its operations for an additional year after which it shall cease to exist without legislation pursuant to §§ 4-29-107 - 4-29-110.Acts 1977, ch. 452, § 16; T.C.A., § 4-2921.
