Section 4-29-116 - Change or termination of entity before review date

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the general assembly from terminating an entity covered by its provisions at a date earlier than that provided in this chapter, nor to prohibit the general assembly from considering any other legislation relative to such an entity.Acts 1977, ch. 452, § 17; T.C.A., § 4-2922.
