Section 4-29-122 - Notice to evaluation committee of transferred functions

Any department or agency of state government whose functions, duties, or responsibilities are transferred to another department or agency shall notify in writing the evaluation committee created in § 4-29-103. The agency or department assuming responsibility for such functions, duties, or responsibilities shall be subject to review by the evaluation committee created in § 4-29-103 within two (2) years of such transfer. The evaluation committee may choose to review only those functions, duties, or responsibilities that were transferred, or the evaluation committee may choose to review in its entirety the department or agency assuming responsibility for such functions, duties, or responsibilities.Acts 1998, ch. 1125, § 1.
