A board, commission, council, committee, authority, task force, or other similar multi-member governmental entity created by statute and subject to review under this chapter shall not promulgate rules, adopt policies or guidelines, or issue statements that exempt a member of the entity from the requirements of such rules, policies, guidelines, or statements solely by virtue of their status as a member of the entity.Added by 2021 Tenn.
