Section 4-3-103 - Powers and duties of departments

These departments shall be vested respectively with such powers and required to perform such duties as are set forth in this chapter and shall be charged with the administration, execution and performance of such laws as the general assembly may enact from time to time.Acts 1923, ch. 7, § 1; Shan.
