Section 4-3-1411 - Orders, rules and regulations, decisions and policies

The department of labor and workforce development, through its commissioner, has the authority, consistent with the statutes and regulations pertaining to the programs and functions transferred by chapter 520 of the Public Acts of 1999, to modify or rescind orders, rules and regulations, decisions or policies heretofore issued and to adopt, issue or promulgate new orders, rules and regulations, decisions or policies as may be necessary for the administration of the programs or functions transferred by chapter 520 of the Public Acts of 1999.Acts 1999, ch. 520, § 12.
