Section 4-3-1415 - Maintenance and expenditure of funds

All funds to the credit of the unemployment compensation division of the United States department of labor and to the credit of the state employment service, transferred to the credit of the department of labor and workforce development, shall have their separate identities maintained, and only funds allocated to each of those divisions may be expended by such unit.Acts 1945, ch. 34, § 3; C.
