Section 4-3-2009 - Rules and regulations regarding administration

The commissioner of safety has the authority to establish and to promulgate such rules and regulations governing the administration and operation of the department as may be deemed necessary by the commissioner and that are not inconsistent with the laws of this state.Acts 1988, ch. 511, § 1.
