The commissioner, upon the approval of the board of directors of Volunteer Tennessee, may enter into an agreement with a citizen support organization for purposes consistent with this part if the commissioner determines it is in the best interest of Volunteer Tennessee. Acts 2011, ch. 200, § 1.
