The Tennessee bureau of investigation shall form a human trafficking advisory council, which shall convene on an as-needed basis to further develop and implement a state plan for the prevention of human trafficking; provided, that the council shall convene at least one (1) meeting each January regarding legislation.Amended by 2015 Tenn.
