(a) The advisory council shall develop a poster design that brings awareness to human trafficking. The advisory council shall provide the completed poster design to the department of tourism for placement of the posters in each of Tennessee's welcome centers for the public to view.(b) The department shall place such number of posters in the welcome centers as the department finds adequate to appropriately bring awareness to human trafficking.
