Section 4-3-503 - Establishment of divisions, bureaus and organizational units

The commissioner is authorized to establish divisions, bureaus or other organizational units necessary to carry out the duties imposed upon the commissioner and the department.Acts 1959, ch. 9, § 11; impl. am.
