Section 4-3-515 - Office of energy programs - Expenditure of funds

Any federal funds expended pursuant to §§ 4-3-510 - 4-3-514 shall only be obligated or expended in accordance with the program, terms, conditions and agreement under which such funds were received, unless specific authority to modify such program, terms, conditions or agreement has been received in writing from the granting authority.Amended by 2016 Tenn.
