Section 4-3-5102 - Chair and vice chair

(a) The governor shall be chair of the board.(b) At the meeting of the board on the second Monday in August of each year, the board shall elect one (1) of its members to serve as vice chair for one (1) year who shall preside at all meetings in the absence of the governor.Acts 1937, ch. 33, § 52; C.
