Section 4-3-5505 - Disposition of surplus computers

Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, including title 12, chapter 2, part 4, the council has the authority to dispose of surplus state computers and any components thereof, at no cost, to governmental entities and not-for-profit corporations whose chartered activities are related to education.Acts 1994, ch. 992, § 6.
