Section 4-3-606 - Powers and duties of department

The department of correction shall exercise all the rights, powers and duties described in chapter 6 of this title and otherwise vested by law in the department, the commissioner, and the commissioner's officers, assistants and employees.Acts 1937, ch. 33, § 58; 1939, ch. 11, § 36; C.
