Section 4-3-715 - Short title - Purpose

Sections 4-3-715 - 4-3-717 shall be known and may be cited as 'The Tennessee Job Growth Act of 2005' and are enacted for the purpose of establishing the FastTrack infrastructure development and job training assistance and economic development programs within the department of economic and community development to assist new and existing business and industry that locate or expand in this state and create or retain jobs.Acts 2005, ch. 233, § 2; 2012, ch. 1038, § 1.
