Section 4-31-112 - Bonds and notes - Negotiable instruments

Whether or not the bonds or notes issued under this chapter are of such form and character as to be negotiable instruments under the negotiable instruments law, title 47, chapter 3, such bonds or notes shall be and hereby are made negotiable instruments within the meaning of and for all the purposes of the negotiable instruments law, subject only to the provisions of the bonds or notes for registration.Acts 1978, ch. 785, § 13; T.C.A., § 4-3112.
