Section 4-31-116 - Expenses

Expenses incurred by the authority in carrying out each of the programs authorized by this chapter may be made payable from funds made available to each program pursuant to this chapter, and no liability shall be incurred by the authority beyond the extent to which moneys shall have been so provided.Acts 1981, ch. 394, § 10.
