Section 4-31-509 - Allocation of funds - Criteria

In allocating loan funds to counties, the authority shall give consideration to, and apply, the following standards and criteria:(1) The need and desirability for such equipment; and(2) The ability of the county to secure borrowed money from other sources and costs thereof.Acts 1986, ch. 846, § 14.
