Section 4-31-609 - Approval of agreements - Audits

All loan agreements entered into pursuant to this part shall be subject to approval by the attorney general and reporter as to the form and by the commissioner of finance and administration, and all payments made pursuant to such loan agreement shall be as to funding approved by the authority, and such payments shall be subject to audit at any time.Acts 1988, ch. 820, § 1.
