The authority has the right, in addition to all other rights, by mandamus or other suit, action or proceeding in any court of competent jurisdiction, to require the airport authority or municipal airport and the governing body and any proper officer, agent or employee of the airport authority or municipal airport to carry out any agreements and to perform its and their duties under this part or under any rule or regulation of the authority adopted pursuant thereto.Acts 1988, ch. 820, § 1.
