Section 4-4-103 - Department regulations

The commissioner of each department is empowered to prescribe regulations, not inconsistent with the law, for the government of the commissioner's department, the conduct of its employees, the distribution and performance of its business, and the custody, use and preservation of the records, papers, books, documents and property pertaining thereto.Acts 1937, ch. 33, § 10; 1939, ch. 11, § 6; C.
