The commission may accept, use, and dispose of gifts and donations of money, property, or personal services. Information relating to the gifts must be enumerated and submitted to the Tennessee ethics commission each quarter and must be made available to the public on the commission's internet website.Acts 2019, ch. 384, § 11.
