A state governmental entity or local health department shall file, with the United States attorney, a complaint alleging a criminal violation of 18 U.S.C. § 911, for each person who willfully makes a false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or representation of United States citizenship.Acts 2012, ch. 1061, § 1.
