Section 4-6-101 - Charitable institutions free from charters

All charitable institutions owned and operated by the state are declared to be a part of the state government, and shall be operated and maintained as such, free from the control of any charter of incorporation, or any portion of any act of the general assembly for incorporation.Acts 1923, ch. 105, § 1; Shan.
