The superintendent of each of the institutions specified in § 4-6-110 shall provide a suitable room for the dentist, with all necessary equipment, with the approval of the commissioner, and the same shall be paid for out of the funds appropriated for the maintenance of the institution for which the equipment is purchased.Acts 1919, ch. 173, § 2; impl. am.
