Section 4-6-128 - Appropriations - Classification

(a) The appropriations for state penal, reformatory or charitable institutions shall be of three (3) classes:(1) Maintenance;(2) Ordinary repairs and improvements; and(3) Specific purposes.(b) Appropriations for specific purposes shall cover all items for construction, extraordinary repairs and purchase of land and shall be used only for the institutions and purposes specified therein.Acts 1919, ch. 39, § 23; Shan.
